Delivery & Returns
Our online shop is dispatched from the Isle of Arran, Scotland and is subject to Scottish Licensing Law. As such sales should be concluded between the hours of 10am-10pm UK time.
We will always do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, however if your order fails to arrive after 28 days from date of order, please notify us at email@example.com
Orders will be delivered as soon after dispatch as possible. Given our island location, occasionally we experience transport issues, often due to inclement weather. We can only deliver to addresses within the UK, and delivery is by post or courier. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Delivery is not permitted between the hours of midnight and 6am.
Delivery of alcohol to a person under the age of 18 is an offence. Our delivery couriers will seek proof-of-age credentials and are instructed to challenge anyone appearing to be under the age of 25 at the point of delivery. Permitted Proof of Age Identification includes: (a) a Ministry of Defence Form 90 (Defence Identity Card); (b) a photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme hologram ; (c) a national identity card issued by a member State 4 (other than the United Kingdom), Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland ; (d) a Biometric Immigration Document (e) passport; and (f) driving licence. We do not accept any other forms of Proof of Age Identification.
Delivery of alchohol to an address other than that as specified in the sales order and invoice is not permitted. We are also not permitted to leave packages containing alcohol with anyone not located at the address (for example, we cannot leave the package with a neighbour).
Returns and Refunds
If goods are damaged on arrival, or you have the wrong item, then please let us know as soon as possible, but at least within 48 hours of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take photographs and detail as much information as you can of any damage.
Purchasers can return an order by informing us within 7 days of delivery of their order. The item(s) must be returned to us unopened, sealed and in original condition for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Return postage and other shipping costs back to us will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will refund the purchase to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information being provided when ordering by the customer.
If you wish to cancel an existing order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible after you have placed the order.
