Arran Gin Botanicals

OUR UNIQUE GIN USES BOTANICALS HAND-FORAGED ON THE ISLE OF ARRAN

WHAT TO EXPECT

Scotland’s most exciting gin…
it’s all in the recipe and it’s Big.

Filling our still with nearly double the plants of typical distillations, Arran Gin’s botanicals unleash their unique and potent flavours. Balanced yet generously loaded to create the fullest expression of their habitat, interplay and deliciousness.

TASTING NOTES

The Nose

Vibrant floral and herbaceous aromas alongside oceanic and vegetal depths, evoking the scents of summer shorelines and meadows.

The taste

A luxuriant and creamy mouth-feel sees the florality step back to deliver well-balanced sweetness, citrus and spice – intriguing and distinct from the nose. Warmth and vibrancy return in a long, smooth finish.

Cladach Micro-distillery

Work has begun on
our new premises

Situated near Brodick in one of it’s most picturesque locations, we are developing a micro-distillery and visitor experience for Arran Gin. This exciting location will be home to new ideas, events, tastings, products and much more.  Check for updates on our social media (below),  get in touch at any time to hear our progress. More news will follow.

The Serves

Sipped neat over ice, this gin is big enough to keep giving on its own.

For a classic G&T: plenty of ice and your favourite tonic (a mediterranean works well) with sweet citrus such as orange or pink grapefruit.

For other garnishes, experiment with mint, rosemary or even thyme. Straying from tonic, Arran Gin works well with rose lemonade but try experimenting with bolder soft drinks where other gins may get overwhelmed.
